Lisa Peretti
Producing Artistic Director
A Vashon Islander since the age of five, Lisa knows Vashon Island intimately and is proud to lead the iconic Drama Dock organization into the future. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Post-graduate degree in Acting and Musical Theatre from Mountview Theatre Academy (London, UK), and an M.A. in Performance Studies from The University of London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (UK) with thesis work in playwriting. She is an actor, singer-songwriter, theatre educator, director, and playwright, with professional credits in the USA, UK, and Europe. Her professional memberships include British Actor’s Equity, BMI, and The Dramatists Guild of America.

Elise Ericksen
Stage Manager, Dance
B.A. in Dance with a concentration in Arts Management and an emphasis on Choreography from St. Olaf College. Elise has furthered her education in theatre arts with graduate classes at Central Washington University and workshops with Broadway Teachers Group.

Bill Epstein
Associate Director, Actor, Dramaturg
A Professor Emeritus of English at the University of Arizona, Bill Epstein has produced, directed, written, and acted in productions in the U.S. and Britain. In 2017 Bill was nominated for an Arizona Daily Star Mac Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Walt Disney in the Scoundrel and Scamp production of Lucas Hnath’s A Public Reading of an Unproduced Screenplay About the Death of Walt Disney.

Maggie Laird
Music Director, Singer-Actress, Educator
Maggie Laird is a vocalist, pianist and performer, appearing regularly at Northwest festivals, cafes, concerts and clubs and served as music director for numerous theatre productions in the Pacific Northwest. Her original shows have played across the country. Maggie teaches private lessons in her home studio and is an instructor at Music and Arts.

Holly Boaz
Music Educator
Soprano, Holly Boaz, performs regionally in opera, oratorio, and small vocal ensembles, and is a music faculty member at Pacific Lutheran University. She maintains a private voice studio where she loves working with any student for whom singing is meaningful, whether they be a career-bound or an individual who sings simply for the joy it can bring. She is the District Governor of Western Washington for NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing).

Associate Director, Educator
Susan taught drama in the Vashon School District for 30 years. When she became principal of Vashon High School she continued to co-produce and direct musical theatre with the new drama teacher. As a freelance director for Drama Dock, favorite productions include Chicago, In the Heights, and Noises Off. She has an AA in Fine Arts (Acting and Directing), a BA in history and an MA in Educational Administration.

Assistant Music Director, Education
A professional singer, arts educator, choral conductor, and musical director for over 30 years, Marita brings a special commitment and passion for working with young people in musical theatre.
